I made this frame for a friend of mine, who is having a little girl. The scalloped edged frame is raised, and you can slip a picture through the top.

Ingredients:

  Patterned Paper- My Minds Eye
• 
  
  Flower and butterfly embellishments- K and Company
• 
  
  Font- Cindy Loo cartridge cut at 2 1/2 inches
• Scalloped Frame- Accent Essentials cut at 6 1/2 inches
• 
  
  Other- Ribbon is from Michael's (very inexpensive), I used my i-rock tool for the rhinestones, pop dots
